3. Run mkdocs build.

1. Edit docs/index.md or docs/marketing.md.
2. Verify any external links remain intentional.
3. Rebuild the site.

Update Repo MCP Context

1. Edit docs/agent/manifest.yaml when authority or entrypoints change.
2. Edit docs/agent/start-here.md and docs/context/*.md to match.
3. Regenerate the workspace MCP registry after manifest changes.
