• repo-local marketing content is owned here
• broader framework or platform guidance belongs outside this repo
• MCP discovery should use docs/agent/manifest.yaml when present

Build Contract

• mkdocs.yml defines the published nav
• hooks refresh editorial metadata and semantic registry output
• local validation is mkdocs build
