Workspace MCP

workspace-mcp is the workspace-level MCP and documentation repo for agent context routing in D:\github.

It defines how agents should discover:

• repo authority
• ADR and intent entrypoints
• workspace routing
• repo manifests
• the local MCP server that exposes this knowledge

• repo manifest contract
• local read-only MCP server
• Codex CLI and VS Code integration
