Asset-Service Contract Operations

Service fulfillment and aftersales operations involving physical assets (motorbikes, batteries) bound to service contracts (warranties, swap privileges) follow the Assets & Serial Numbers architecture. Key operational principles:

  • Every service contract binds to a specific serial number (1-to-1)
  • Odoo maintains commercial contract validity
  • ABS enforces operational entitlements
  • Amendments/replacements originate in Odoo, propagate to ABS
